Passport & Visa Information（护照和签证信息）

Simply enter the nationality of the applicant, the country of travel and the visa type. Notes in brackets indicate an alternative processing time or option. 简单输入申请者的国籍、旅行目的地以及签证类型。请注意在方框中将会显示一个可选择的进度时间或者可选期限。
How to send an application to CIBT（如何给CIBT发送申请材料）
All applications MUST include either: 所有的申请者必须符合以下其中之一要求：
a) A printout of an Online Order confirmation (see instructions on next page); 在线下载确认单的打印版本 （请见下一页的说明）； b) A printed non-Online Order form (available at www.uk.cibt.com/titicaca) 一份非在线表格的打印版本 （请见这里www.uk.cibt.com/titicaca）

No drop box service is available at the Wilton Road address for overnight deliveries. The office is staffed from 7.30am-7pm Monday – Friday, with an emergency telephone service available out of hours. 以上地址不提供夜间递送邮件的接收服务。以上地址的办公时间是周一到周五07：30 - 19：00。 非工作时间段可拨打紧急电话。
An urgent PO Box is also available which allows CIBT to receive a package before 8am Monday – Friday, allowing us to submit that day if no appointment is necessary and the application is correct. This address can only be used with Royal Mail Special Delivery, no couriers. How to process an Online Order（如何填写在线表格）
1.Make sure that you access the dedicated Titicaca portal at www.uk.cibt.com/titicaca 确认您已点击进入TITICACA专用页面www.uk.cibt.com/titicaca
2.Search for the Visa information you require, by nationality, country and visa type combinations. 输入您的国籍、旅行国家和签证类型等信息来搜索您需要的签证信息
3.Within the Online Order box on the right of the visa information, enter the travel dates for the application, and click on Add Visa to Basket. 在表格框中，签证信息的右方，请您输入申请人的旅行日期，然后点击“提交”
4. Complete Contact Details and the Date Required for the return of the passport and press continue. 填写您的联系信息和要求护照寄回日期，然后点击“继续”
5. When the Processing Detail section appears, check the details before pressing continue. At this stage you may also Add a new visa (country), or Add a new Passport (UK renewals). 当显示提交的详细信息后，请仔细核对您所填信息无误后点击“继续”。这一步您可能需要添加新的签证（国家），或添加新的护照（英国护照换发）。
6. Complete the Traveller Details and the date they are leaving the UK to travel. Press continue. 填写旅行者详细信息以及他们离开英国的时间。点击“继续”
7. Check the details are correct and either Add an extra traveller or press continue. 检查信息无误后，您可以添加另一位旅行者信息或点击“继续”
8. Choose your required Delivery method and add the relevant address details, plus any notes regarding the delivery. Press continue. 选择您要求的邮寄方式，填写邮寄地址和您在邮寄方面的任何要求。点击“继续”
9. Payment details are required. Enter, then press Continue. 填写付款的相关信息。点击“继续”
10. Check all details carefully within the Preview screen, and agree to the Terms and Conditions. 通过预览仔细核对您所填写的信息，并确认您已阅读并接受我们的条款。
11.You have now submitted your order. A receipt screen will appear with a reference number, and an automated email version will be sent to the nominated email address. 到达这一步，您已成功提交申请。屏幕上会显示一个编号，同时系统会自动给您提供的邮箱发送一封确认邮件。
12. Send a copy of the receipt page with the passport and full requirements to CIBT by Royal Mail special delivery or courier, using the addresses indicated. 将确认页面打印出来，连同护照和您的具体签证办理要求一起通过特快专递或普通邮寄方式寄给CIBT，地址如上。
The Online Order does not replace the application form or other documents required for your visa application. 在线订单不能替代申请表格或其他任何您申请签证所需要的材料。

2. What do I do if the information is not on your website? Call the office as above, or email our Information Department for a response at info@uk.cibt.com. If we are unable to provide the information immediately, we will research the details with the Embassy at the next available opportunity

3. I want to obtain the visa on arrival, can CIBT confirm the information? If the Embassy has confirmed this information for us then we will have the details readily available for you. We would always recommend however that visas on arrival are checked with the carrier at least 7 days prior to travel

4. The visa I need is “personal application only” – what does this mean? Some embassies require a personal visit by the applicant, dependent on the nationality and type of visa. In this case CIBT will try to provide as much information as possible.

5. Is there a standard covering letter to be used for business applications? An example of letters required is usually available in the requirements page when looking up visa information per country.

6. Can I check progress for my visa application online? Yes, once CIBT receive the application, an automated email will be sent to the applicant with a username and password. These details will allow you to check progress on the home page under “track your order”.
